The Office
of Assets

The Office of Assets Management manages campus estates, instruments,
furniture and other facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the laboratories in collaboration with the Office of
Academic Affairs and the Office of Science and Technology;
- Approving the importing of equipments and granting to them exemption
from taxation;
- Dealing with the foreign donations of equipments, chemicals and
books;
- Carrying out public biddings on large precision instruments, large
quantity of equipments and furniture;
- Managing the loan program of the World Bank;
- Dealing with the affairs of application and changes of the property
rights on real estates;
- Allocating buildings and apartments for education, research and
administration purposes;
- Supervising the use of school residence buildings.
