  The Office of Assets Management

The Office of Assets Management manages campus estates, instruments, furniture and other facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing the laboratories in collaboration with the Office of Academic Affairs and the Office of Science and Technology;
  • Approving the importing of equipments and granting to them exemption from taxation;
  • Dealing with the foreign donations of equipments, chemicals and books;
  • Carrying out public biddings on large precision instruments, large quantity of equipments and furniture;
  • Managing the loan program of the World Bank;
  • Dealing with the affairs of application and changes of the property rights on real estates;
  • Allocating buildings and apartments for education, research and administration purposes;
  • Supervising the use of school residence buildings.
