Under the leadership of the President, the Personnel Department is a functional division in charge of the recruitment, employment, assignment, cultivation, title evaluation, promotion, payment, rewarding and punishment of the faculty and staff. It consists of seven sections: the Recruitment Office, the Faculty Office, the Personnel Administration Office, the Labor Management Office, the Personnel Document Management Office, the Human Resources Developing Center and the Service Center of Overseas Affairs.
