Functions:
As a functional department under the University's Party committee,
the Publicity Department is in charge of the Information Service
Office and the Spiritual Civilization Office. Its major tasks
include the management of public opinion on campus, the construction
of faculty morals, the improvement of the students' political
outlook, publicity, the organization of political theorists to
research current events of great import, the information
communication between the University and the general public, the
implementation of planned parenthood, and the arrangement of
seminars for the core group of the University's Party committee.
