Under the leadership of the President, the Office of Campus
Construction is responsible for the capital construction of Fudan's
campuses. It decides on the campus planning projects, and applies to
the authorities concerned for their registration and approval. It
prepares and manages the construction of the projects, and finally
checks and accepts the buildings. On behalf of the University, it
controls the projects' schedule, quality and investment. It
maintains Fudan's facilities and daily supplies of water, power and
gas with professional conservation management, and repairs and
renovates the school buildings. It consists of four divisions and
two centers: the Management Office of Technology & Materials, the
Management Office of Construction Projects, the Management Office of
Planning and Finance, the Management Office of Repair and
Renovation, the Material Management Center and the Management Center
of Water and Power Supplies.
