Brief introduction:
The Office of Hospital Administration is an administrative division
that manages and coordinates the hospitals affiliated to the
University, under the co-leadership of the University's Party
administration and the vice-president in charge. It is responsible
for the medium- and long-term development planning for these
hospitals, promoting the all-round optimization of management and
internal operation of the hospitals in accordance with the public
health reform, taking part in the human resources construction and
the disciplinary development of the hospitals, improving spiritual
civilization, work ethics, and the medical treatment and nursing
service, managing the information of the hospitals, identifying
medical malpractices and settling medical disputes, dealing with the
correspondence with the patients, sending medical support teams to
the impoverished remote regions and the disaster-stricken areas,
carrying out academic and scientific research activities of the
Hospital Administration Association of the University.
The Office now consists of six sections of quality control and
policy consultation: the Quality Management Committee for Medical
Treatment, the Management Committee for Nursing Service, the
Committee for Pharmacy Administration, the Management Committee for
Patients¡¯ Histories, and the Consulting Panel for Hospital
Administration. All of them are established to better the clinical
medical and nursing service and to optimize the its business
process.
The office of the Hospital Management Association of the University
is located in the Office of Hospital Administration. Conducting
annual meetings and academic activities of all types, the
Association assists the University hospitals in improving
administration and promoting researches on clinical nursing.
