At Fudan, she served successively as the Deputy Secretary of the
Party Branch of the Foreign Language and Literature Department,
Secretary of the CYLC Committee, Associate Director and Director of
the President Office, and Assistant to the President. She was also
Secretary General of the Committee of University Affairs and Deputy
Secretary General of the Board of Directors of the University.
She was a visiting scholar to Yale University of the U.S. and to
Macquarie University of Australia. She was also a co-planner and
co-executor of such important events as the first Shanghai Forum and
the Centennial of Fudan University. Besides her monograph,
Administration of China in the Context of Globalization ¡ª A
Political Analysis of How China Fought against the East Asia
Financial Crisis, she has published several papers. She has received
honorary titles like "Pace-setter in the New Long March" and
"Outstanding Worker of Political and Ideological Education". A
winner of the President's Award of Fudan, she also obtained among
others the specialized scholarship of "Semester at Sea" sponsored by
the University of Pittsburgh.
