The Office of the CYLC (Communist Youth League of China) was set up in
early March, 2003, as was necessitated by the then situation of
Youth League management. The Office, intended to be an ¡°able butler¡±
of the CYLC, is the general executive agency of Fudan¡¯s Youth League
committee. Its key functions include administration, management and
other services. Responsibilities:
- Finance management: optimizing and supervising budget, final
accounting, regular reimbursement and finance surveillance;
- Operation and supervision of duty shift and sanitation work;
- Control of conference cost, site lease, and lecture registration
- Management of the materials of the CYLC committee
- Management of the official seals
- Operation and supervision of the other administrative practices of
the CYLC committee
