Under the leadership of the President, the Office of General Services
offers logistic services for the whole University. Its main
functions include planning all the logistic services, and deciding
on and implementing service programs. It is also responsible for
organizing, managing, coordinating and supervising its subordinated
logistic and management units on campus. It now consists of the
Administrative Division, the Division of Program Quality Management,
the Logistics Management Division of Fenglin Campus, the Medical &
Health Care Center (namely the School Hospital), and the
Kindergarten & Nursery Center. In recent years, along with the
socialization of the logistic service on campus, the Office has
always been concentrating on serving the students and faculty, on
rigorous and scientific management, and on the principle of ˇ°Safety
and Service Count Mostˇ±. Since the University has more than one
campus and more than one industry park, a new logistic system has
emerged, which consists of a two-level organization (the Office of
General Services and the Logistic Service Offices for the campuses
and student residence areas), a three-level management mode (the
offices, divisions and management units), and four networks
respectively covering catering, property maintenance, gardening, and
facilities and security.
