The Preparatory Panel for the Centennial of Fudan, consisting of the
University's Party and administrative leaders and heads of the
concerned departments, oversaw the preparations for the celebration
and made decisions on critical issues.
The Preparatory Office for the Centennial reported directly to the
Preparatory Panel and offered counsels to the preparation work. It
was engaged in planning the preparatory activities, and in
coordinating, implementing, examining and assessing the preparations
by all the administrative departments.
The preparatory offices for the Centennial of the schools and the
departments, under the leadership of the Preparatory Penal and the
Preparatory Office, were responsible for the preparatory affairs of
the University as well. Besides, they planned and conducted relevant
activities of themselves.
