Shen Xuechu

(1938-)Elected as academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences ,professor Shen transferred to the Physics department of Fudan University in 2001. Engaged in action spectrum of agglomerate form and photoelectron physics, he composed several distinguished monographs including 'optic quality of semiconductor', acquired the tertiary award and the forth award of National Science Decoration apiece once and the first award of Chinese Academy of Sciences for three times.
