Wang Xun assumed the office of chief professor in Fudan University in
May 1996. In 1999, Professor Wang won an election to academician of
CAS. Now he is the Director of the National Point Laboratory of
Surface Physics in Fudan University. His 4 projects, such as
'Semi-Conductor Surface Electronics State Theories and Experiments',
'In Polar Surface's Atom Construction with Electronics State' got the
second class processes prize from National Ministry of Education and
second class prize of Guanghua Technology Funds, and he also owns the
'Silicon Infrared Locator', 'a kind of 111- V semi-conductor using the
chlorination sulphur passivity . |
