How can I get on Metro
Line 3?
- If you live in the North Student Dormitory Community, then you can
ride a bicycle for about five minutes or walk for about fifteen
minutes to Jiangwan Town Station of Metro Line 3. IYou can also take Bus 537 to Chifeng Road Station, which, however, takes more time.
- You may also take Bus 133 or 866 at the University's front gate to
East Wenshui Road, where there is a station too.
- Buses 139, 854, and 942 at the University's front gate can also take
you to Chifeng Road Station
How can I get to Shanghai Railway Station?
- If you live in the the North Student Dormitory Community, get
to Jiangwan Town Station of Metro Line 3 firstly, and then take the
metro to Shanghai Railway Station.
- Bus 942 at the University's front gate can bring you to the
north square of the Railway Station, where is also the terminal
station of the bus.
- If it is late at night, say, 9:00 pm, you are well advised to take
Bus 139 to Chifeng Road, and then transfer to Bus 115 to the Railway
Station. Otherwise you have to
take a taxi, which will cost you about RMB 35 yuan.
How can I get to West Shanghai Railway Station?
Take Bus 866-A, and then transfer to Bus 106 at Shanghai Railway
Station.
How can I get to the Airport?
- There are two civil airports in Shanghai: Pudong International
Airport and Hongqiao Airport.
For Pudong International Airport, you can take the Airport Limousine
(Line 4) at Wujiaochang. The stop is just beside the Orient Shopping
Center.
- There are several options to get to Hongqiao Airport: if you live in
the North Community, take Bus 537 to the People's Square and then
transfer to Bus 925; if you live in the South Community, then take
Bus 123 to the People's Square, and then transfer to Bus 925. You
may also take Metro Line 3 to West Yan'an Road, and then transfer to
Bus 925. If you take a taxi, it will cost 65 to 80 yuan.
How can I get to Xujiahui?
- Take Bus 537, and then transfer to Metro Line 1 at the People's
Square to Xujiahui.
- Take Metro Line 3 to Shanghai Railway Station, and then transfer to
Metro Line 1 to Xujiahui.
How can I get to Lujiazui?
- Take Bus 55 or 910 on Si-ping Road to Waitan (the Bund), and then
take the ferry across the Huangpu River to Lujiazui.
- Take Bus 123 or 933 to Yan¡¯an Road, and then transfer to Tunnel Bus
(Line 4 or 5) to Lujiazui.
- Take Bridge Bus (Line 5) to cross Yangpu Bridge. Then get off and
transfer to Bus 85
