After the Android version of Fudan 2-in-1 virtual eCard (加微信链接) featuring contactless payments by mobile phone was completed on April 22, the iOS version has finally been launched since May 13!
With all the same functions of the physical Fudan eCard and Fudan Campus QR Code for campus entry, shuttle services, hospital treatment and payment at campus canteens, bakeries, bookstores, supermarkets, etc. Plus, the card can be used for the city’s public transit, including bus, subway and ferry. In fact, the card can be used to pay fares in any covered service of the China T-Union, a program by the Ministry of Transport of China aiming to integrate the nationwide public transport networks.
Get the iOS version now in 7 steps (available to iOS 14.5 and above)
Step 1
Find the app “上海交通卡官方版” (Shanghai Public Transportation Card) in App Store - Download the app to an NFC compatible phone
Step 2
Login via real-name authentication- Tap on “我的” (Mine) - Select “校园联名卡” (University Co-Branded Card)
Step 3
Select “复旦大学” (Fudan University) - Tap on “去开通” (Grant Permission)
Step 4
Tick 已阅读并同意《用户须知》”(I have read and agree to the User Instructions - Tap on 立即开通 (Activate now) - Login using your Fudan ID
Step 5
Tap on “我知道了，去开通” (I got it, start it now) - Tap on “下一步” (Next) - Top up your transportation card account
Step 6
Confirm your top-up amount and tap on “下一步” (Next)
Step 7
Done!
How to use the card
Turn on the NFC function of your phone - Tap on “Settings” and go to “Wallet and Apple Pay” - Set the virtual eCard as default - Swipe your phone on the reader to complete payment and authentication.
How to unbind the card
Tap on “复旦联名卡” (Fudan 2-in-1 virtual eCard) in “复旦ecard” (Fudan eCard) WeChat mini-program - Tap on 解绑 (Unbind)
